iCookForYou.Lu is not commission based business. iCookForYou.Lu owns and controls 100% of its business channels.

Why should I book private Afro-Caribbean Cook?
By hiring a private Afro-Caribbean cook you will enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience without leaving the comfort of your home. Whether it is for dinner between friends, a romantic night in, or a family reunion, this service will exceed expectations. Customize your menu and I will take care of everything else. This includes shopping, cooking, setting the table and cleaning up afterwards.
What does the service include?

- Purchase of raw materials
- Preparation of the dishes in the client’s house (There is the possibility of elaborating a mise en place for the menus that require longer preparation time).
- Service
- Cleaning up
Any additional service (drinks, extra waiters, cutlery…) will be billed separately.
How can I hire iCookForYou.Lu services?
From the homepage of the website, click on the Begin button and personalize the characteristics of the event- date, location, preferences and allergies, etc… Once you have submitted your request, I will send you menus that fit what you are looking for. Then you can get in touch with me through emails/calls to request or suggest changes in my proposals. When you have chosen a menu you like, you can reserve it.
Can I talk to you prior to making a reservation?
Of course you can. If you have any questions about the dishes, preparation time, arrival time, the necessary utensils etc, simply send a message through online contact form or a SMS or a call.
What happens if iCookForYou.Lu cancels the service?
Don’t worry! iCookForYou.Lu will refund you fully. For more information, you can read the cancellation policy.
How does the customer review section work?
Customer reviews are a key aspect for iCookForYou.Lu since they allow us to obtain objective information, from the customers, about iCookForYou.Lu. At the same time, they help future customers to choose the popular or most suitably menus for their event. The day after the event, the customer will receive a feedback survey, to evaluate the iCookForYou.Lu services. They will be able to express their opinion and experience during the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing by sending email to yes@icookforyou.lu.
Cancellation policy for clients.
When the client cancels a reservation they can ask for a coupon with no expiration date to make a new reservation for the following amount:
- Reservation cancelled up to 30 days before the time of the booking: the total booking value will be refunded.
- Reservation cancelled between 7 and 30 days before the time of the booking: 50% of the total booking value will be refunded.
- Reservation cancelled less than 7 days before the time of the booking: No money will be refunded.
